  35.      This DEMO version is a working copy of the FULL version.  The only
  36.      difference is that the amounts have a maximum value of $50,000.00
  37.      and $5,000.00 for the mortgage and loan respectively.

  39.      We did our best to fully test this program.  However, there might be
  40.      some other things we neglected.  Should you notice or find something
  41.      unusual, please let us know and we will rectify the problem as quickly
  42.      as we can.

  46.      NOTE:  All the files must be in the same directory in order to work.
  47.             To start the program type "DEMO".  This will take you to the
  48.             menu where you can either select mortgage or loan calculation.
  49.             The minimum requirement in running this program is an IBM-PC
  50.             or compatible with at least 512k memory using MS-DOS 3.1 or
  51.             higher.  To change the calendar month and year, use the
  52.             PgUp/PgDn and ArrowUp/ArrowDn keys respectively.  Press the
  53.             Esc key to get out of the calendar.
